                                    Champion Motorsport Billet Upgraded VTG:

Features of this new turbocharger include: A new for 2010, Billet 65mm, 7 blade compressor wheel. This compressor wheel is an evolution of our very popular 63.5mm, 6 blade billet compressor upgrade that was available on re-machined standard cast housings. Another feature of this new Champion Motorsport turbocharger upgrade is the re-machining or "clipping" of the exhaust turbine. This feature allows an increase in turbine flow to properly match the revised sizing of the new compressor. All of these features, put together, allow VTG functions to remain precise, while allowing all of the benefits of some of the "NON-VTG" aftermarket conversions.

For this new 65mm compressor upgrade, you will receive a pair of brand new CNC Machined billet compressor housings, fit to the standard Porsche VTG Cartridges (CHRA's) and Turbine housings.

            Tubi Mufflers w/ 200 cell high flow catalysts:      

After extensive dyno testing, our data showed nearly 8 PSI of backpressure in the OEM exhaust system. This tremendous backpressure causes severely high EGT’s which is a huge performance bottleneck. The use of our race exhaust totally removes the catalyst from the car further reducing EGT’s. Use of factory tips.

                                                            GIAC Ecu Reprogram:                                        

We achieve success with these cars by spending the time with them on the dyno, monitoring the performance, drivability, and a host of sensors and other parameters. We offer a complete range of programming for Porsche® cars past and present, spanning many different applications. Includes high pressure fuel regulator.  

                                    Werks One Intake System:

The Werks One Airbox for the 997 Turbo was developed to provide a proper and effective way of delivering a large volume of air to the engine. This is achieved by simplifying the airflow path and removing abrupt changes in flow direction. Air consumption is further enhanced by the twin decklid inlets, which more effectively utilizes the high pressure air generated at speed.  Included with the airbox is a silicone hose that smoothes out the airflow directed into the throttle body.  The completely sealed intake system assures that only cold air enters the engine, while the free flow ITG filter elements keep debris out.  In addition to increasing performance, the airbox delivers an enhanced aesthetic appeal to the engine bay with its flawless carbon fiber construction and CNC billet aluminum hardware. Includes Y-Pipe and T- Pipe with larger throttle body.

                                    Tubi Manifolds:

Turbo Manifolds feature sturdy construction that delivers better throttle response, better turbo response, and increased horsepower and torque. Each manifold is made from 100% stainless steel and is built to last.                                       

            Champion Motorsport Intercoolers:

Our intercoolers help reduce heat by reduced restriction and improved design. Our hand built aerospace intercooler cores are the latest in technology and incorporate our smoother flow cast aluminum and polished end tanks. Improved flow is attributed to larger end tank cavities, smoother airflow path and larger diameter inlet and outlet diameters. The final product offers ~ 35% better flow while maintaining cooling efficiency for improved performance.
